2015 GAYP National Tournament Schedule All tournament events will be held at the Comfort Suites, 904 Murfreesboro Road, Lebanon, TN 37090 in their main conference room. For players staying at the Comfort Suites, breakfast will be available in the adjoining breakfast/lobby area from 6:00am until 9:00am Monday thru Friday / 6:00am until 10:00am Saturday & Sunday. Lunch and dinner are on your own at many restaurants near the hotel. We anticipate 3 Divisions with Swiss + 1 Repair Round or Round-Robin pairings, and scoring by game. Our proposed tournament is 3 division, playing 10 rounds over 4 days, in this format 2+3+3+2 rounds from Monday thru Thursday as 2 ½ hours per round as two 1¼ hour games. This was decided at the Southern Business Meeting 7/10/2015 by a majority vote. Masters, Majors, and Minors will follow the same format. If we don't have the numbers to support 3 divisions we will play a format that is best suited for a division and participants.  Please complete the pre-registration form which will help our tournament staff plan a smoother tournament. The Master entry fee is $30 and Majors or Minors fee is $20 with a current ACF membership. Current ACF ratings will dictate Masters: 1950 and above, Majors: 1700 to 1949, Minors: 1699 and below. Prize Fund is ≈ $5,000.00 which includes ACF's Oldbury fund of $750.00 + contributions + estimated entry fees.
